Wedding Menu Tastings

Being prepared for your menu tasting

Tastings are by far one of the best parts about planning for your wedding!   For most brides, this might be the only appointment your fiancé is thrilled to accompany you to.  As you are in the planning stages of your wedding, you want to ensure that you plan your tasting about two to three months prior to your wedding.

For most tastings, you do not taste the Hor D'oeurves, but please do take time to review the list of options as you will discuss them at the tasting and hopefully solidify your selections as well.

You should submit your tasting selections to your Catering Manager at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance of your tasting.  Most locations allow you to choose 2 - 3 options per course to taste to assist you in narrowing down the perfect menu for you both.  Check with your venue first to ensure you make the selections according to their stipulations.

It is most helpful to provide your Wedding Coordinator and / or Catering Manager with as much as information that you have at the time so they can assist you with any remaining details that tou may need assistance with.

Happy Tasting!!
